"The people I work with are great, I consider them all very close friends and will miss them when I do move on."

"Know your stuff, this is a technology company and you really need to know your job if you expect to get hired here."

What don't you like about working at CPI Solutions?

"There is no training, no career advancement and pay increases are minimal at best. The company expects you to be cutting edge in your field, but you have to go out and get that education on your own, they take no interest in educating their people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Institute more training opportunities and consider a way to promote people to positions of greater responsibility and pay as there are none."
