"I have worked for CPI Solutions since 2009 and found that as an organization, CPI focused on project work. Their second focus was Customer Service and retaining Customers. The company employs over 60 people and they are all focused on trying to deliver the highest quality work they can. CPI services over 100 clients of varying sizes and works on a mission statement of Under-Promising and Over-Delivering."

"Know your stuff, this is a technology company and you really need to know your job if you expect to get hired here."

"There is no training, no career advancement and pay increases are minimal at best. The company expects you to be cutting edge in your field, but you have to go out and get that education on your own, they take no interest in educating their people."

"Institute more training opportunities and consider a way to promote people to positions of greater responsibility and pay as there are none."
