"No respect or professional attitudes from managers to workers, low pay and long hours, managers yelling at workers/managers, workers not rewarded for jobs well done, managers not trained or qualified."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Enroll in college courses of basic management classes. Stop using fear (losing your job) as a driving force for production output. 25% pay increase of ALL workers who have been there at least 5 years. They deserved it, having to work there!"
