"Overall a good place to work, with some downsides, of course. This place is not about perks and show up. If you are looking for an interesting projects and opportunities that is your go to direction. A person who is looking for satisfaction from a job being well done and excellent team in your side should definitely consider this place."

"The compensation plan is convoluted with hard to attain goals. There is tremendous pressure with tight deadlines and very heavy workloads. AE's are expected to hide things like workload, low shares, how accounts actually work... from client stations, and there is a CYA rather than do your best mentality. Very little job satisfaction for even the most dedicated employee, as there is only time to do the bare minimum and move on, rather than go above and beyond, even with working nights and weekends."
