"I enjoyed managing a case load of our members with chronic illnesses like COPD and CHF and providing education to help keep them out of the hospital and reduce their cost if able"

"I am not sure of the stability of the program, there are changes daily."

What don't you like about working at Coventry Health Care?

"We were not really allowed to self manage out members even though we showed results. Management was starting to micromanage."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest trusing their nurses that they hired to do their job until there is reason not to."

"I was disappointed that this product was deleted from their product line and out division was closed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If they had perhaps looked at their overall needs in the near future 45 CM's could have been utilized in other projects rather than just closing this division."
