"Not a lot of control over how long my days might be. Would often work 11-12 hours a day to get everything done."

"Be a little less passive. Company may have fared a little better (though it did very well) with a more assertive approach."

"Physically demanding job with a top notch Fortune 500 company. Freedom of being on the road to basically manage yourself in a time sensitive manner."

"Very physical job so be in pretty good shape or you won't last long. Be prepared to work all holidays."

"Lack of time away from home on holiday occasions. Late freight arriving after starting route."

"Treat everyone fairly with respect. Learn to stay calm under pressure."

"Equal pay for all courier employees."

"I enjoy the freedom of being able to drive at my own pace and run the route as I see fit."

"Just be sure and have a good driving record and enjoy being out and about each day."
What don't you like about working at Outreach Logistics?
"Not being provided compensation for maintenance and tolls on my vehicle(I use my own vehicle for work). I am compensated for gas, though."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Invest in Smart Cars for the couriers to use on the various routes, and provide GPS in those cars, as the company grows more, of course."
