"Independence of not working in office; No boss looking over your shoulder constantly being micro-managed;Ability to be outside all day."

"Make sure you understand what you're going to be responsible for monetarily before taking a job offer from the company."
What don't you like about working at BeavEx?
"Wages weren't adequate to the mileage demanded out of personally-owned vehicle. All money earned went into gas for vehicle or vehicle maintenance. No money left over to pay bills, or to live on."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Arrange routes to be profitable for drivers by either making them run company vehicles, or pay couriers more money to be able to afford to work there."

"I liked that I was in control of my daily activities. I had to coordinate my daily schedule of deliveries to be efficient and meet my time constraints."

"Good environment, all the people I've met (including the higher ups) were kind and helpful."
