2.2 I would have spent more time to figure out what the employees needed. Try to set realistic goals for sales team. Do something about complaints around the branch.

3.8 I worked at the SDARCC for about one year as a student worker/intern. It is a very friendly environment to work in. My particular department was the title department, and the backlog was quite large. As a result, I was force to learn a lot of things rather quickly to assist the department in lowering the amount of backlog.

4.8 I have been on the Board of Directors of the San Diego County Water Authority for 9 years. This is the most buttoned down crew I have had the opportunity to work with.The management is incredibly professional. After all providing reliable, safe and affordable drinking water to roughly 4 million customers in a drought is tough bill to fill. The SDCWA has accomplished this over the last 70 years.
