"I enjoyed the reputation of working for a large family owned corporation, as well as the technical and financial support given to execute the job in an efficient and effective manner."
What don't you like about working at Country Villa Health Services?
"Although I enjoyed the relationships I had with my supervisors, there was no clear hierarchy in the leadership which made it difficult for reporting purposes. For example I had two colleagues who acted like supervisors at the same rank, then three more supervisors above those two who had different titles and definitely had a hierarchy, but they all three worked in almost the same capacity, where my position was concerned. Between them, they often differed in opinion and usually could not provide a straight answer. Also, the structure of the company's marketing strategy required the marketing team to compete against each other, often cannibalizing the business between us, which did not foster an environment for teamwork nor did it maximize the use of company talent and resources."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create clear lines of authority; end the cannibalize sales strategy they have fostered for years."
