"Talk about your vision for the future (yours and the company) and how you past experiences have prepared you to lead or support getting there."

What don't you like about working at Ameritech?

"Some of the senior managers still wore a bell around their necks. They didn't understand that AT&T didn't have a monopoly any more."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More the bell heads out, if they can't change. Hire more people from other top, competitive companies like GE where I came from."

"Daktronics was growing quickly when I worked there. There were many opportunities and management encourage growth within the company. The products they made are very interesting as well. Many young people and young-minded people work there."

"The pay scale is below average for similar positions."

"I suggest they continue doing business as they are."

"I had worked extremely hard and spent a lot of time and energy into developing a training program and in one day they terminated all employees due to the companies accounting errors."

What do you like about working at Advocate Mortgage Group?

"I liked it initially because it let me build an entire training program and hire loan officers and processors that had no experience and train them to be the best. It gave them knowledge of the industry and a tool for life."

"Sorry, I don't believe they are in business any longer."

"When they terminated my direct supervisor and the lending team without notice."
