"If a person wants to get their foot in the door and learn how to do things the wrong way, then I would recommend Corporate Technologies. The management does nothing but lie to its employees and they pay as little as possible. They will tell you that you are doing great and then lie about you behind your back. Not a healthy place to work."

"The hours are predictable and the environment is somewhat relaxed. Nice office area. The company is still profitable."

"Ask questions regarding benefits and pay increases. Inquire as to company direction, culture and what they do to address employee concerns and maintain morale."

What don't you like about working at Corporate Technologies?

"Enormous pay cuts happened roughly 2 years ago (10%) and while the company continues to be profitable, they have made those permanent. Additionally, benefits are lacking at best. Couple this with no real mobility and you have an employee-base that feels trapped."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communicate honestly with your employees, treat them like people instead of statistics. Be more forthcoming with information and give them realistic ideas as to their futures."

"This job is always talked about as being a short-term job. I nmade my money there quickly, but the Sales Mgr is only interested in helping himself advance within the company. They are a privately owned company by a holding company that buys and sell businesses. They show a small profit and sell off the businesses within the Telecommunications and Information Technology industry for their profits. Basically corporate raiders without the nastines of a hostile takeover."

"The constant grind of cold-calling without a good internal support staff ."
