"the district sales managers were hard working down to earth fun loving and easy to work together with. They were the reason I enjoyed my work."

"Don't go, save yourself the heartache"
What don't you like about working at Welcome Wagon?
"Welcome Wagon is poorly run by corporate. The sales team had a 200% turnover rate! And they didnt care. Managment was frequently changed and this also did not help with harmony in the work place."

"Clean up the compensation plan. Have more respect for those working out in the field"

"I enjoyed the ability to work independently and to be self directed. The social networking tools I was able to utilize and the fast paced work enviornment were also aspects of the position that I enjoyed."

"If you are professional, computer savvy, can work in a fast paced enviornment, and can have strong facilitation/training skills Allegis Group is a fantastic company to work for."

"The way some employees were treated in regards to providing promotions when not they were not earned or deserved or not provided promotions when rightfully deserved."

"My suggestion for my direct manager would be to take constructive criticism seriously."
