"Only to ask a lot of questions to try and get a feel for what the company is all about."

"Turnover rate was high and all the time spent in training employees seemed like a waste since it didn't last long."

"The company went out of business but my suggestion to the management would be that they should have listened to their staff when they had complaints or suggestions or ideas since the employees sometimes have a better insight."
