"Cornerstone has done a great job considering the current state. I think the company is still attempting to identify where they want to stand in the market. Former leadership did a great job by identifying great talent, unfortunately I believe that Cornerstone stone has become a stepping stone for a lot of employees' careers. There's isn't a lot of room for growth or moving up because the company is just trying to stay afloat."
