"Do not feel as connected to the core business. Ordinary, underperforming employees are allowed to continue their careers for far longer than ideal, leading to a very mediocre upper middle management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Limit the importance of the billable hour. Revamp training and make it a priority. Discourage face time. Encourage risk taking in being creative."
