"Pros Benefit time is generous, nice clean well lighted new building, located on outskirts of city.Cons Management treats you anyway they please, get penalized for using allowed sick time. Quantity is more important than quality of work, favoritism is extreme, pay rate is poor, open door policy is a joke. Give more and more work, rules and regulations with no compensation. Expect 1 person to do the work of 3.Advice to Senior Management Stop the favoritism and harassing employees!"
