I believe CORE Construction is adaptive to the future, that administrative side of any project can be completed from anywhere in the world and the certainty of completing a project is in the ability to properly lead a team, that each and every single individual is part of the process and that one person does not do it all. It's teamwork, and when things get tough, you have the back-up you need to complete your goals with your team because, we aren't a one-man show but, a part of the production process we call Project Management. Project Managers should undertake and understand all the roles, and comprehend a realistic time frame a task should take in order to achieve the positive results any client expects and more. This is the definition of leadership.
