"the work was challenging & satisfying. I saw room to grow & management appreciated my work & commitment to the company's success. My immediate manager was very supportive and my peers were great to work with. I also worked from a home office which I found excellent allowing me to handle the long hours and still have family time (more effectively than if I was commuting to an outside office)."

What don't you like about working at CorasWorks?

"The last 3 years have required significantly increased workloads, voluntary cut in pay & no raises due to staff reductions in response to market conditions. This created increased stress & pressure to a very high level."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide more information to staff regarding company plans, reasons for changes and supporting information on how these changes will result in a better situation for all."
