"I have worked at Cooper Standard since 2015. I have worked here the entire time I was attending college. The company has a program for college students to enroll in for a great job opportunity. The company is very considerate towards college workers. While you are able to work 40 hour weeks, they allow you to work 24 hours which is very considerate when taking college course. The work is general factory labor, which may not be for everyone, but it is a great opportunity for college students."

"Cooper standard is not that bad. A thing that they should change is cancelling the midnight shifts. Having rotational shifts is already hard, and they have midnight shifts which makes it even harder."

"It was nice during my early twenties but not a company I'd want to give more than a few years to. It's very obvious that hourly employees are viewed as unintelligent as their idea of an extra is Cooper Cash, a fake dollar that works in the vending machine. If I was driven with real incentives I could easily reduce an extrusion change over by 15% or more. That would save them over four hours of downtime every month, plus expediting costs, plus OT hours on the weekend, plus....you get it."

"I only worked at Cooper Standard for a few years, but I learned so much from the awesome management team that I worked under. If the economy had not taken the plunge that it did, I am certain that I would still be working there."
