"I have worked here 13 years and the morale is the lowest I have seen it. People are being asked to do more with less while we watch millions being spent on growth and construction. I have watched 3 people leave my department and none have been replaced, instead they just expect all the managers to take up the slack and continue on. It's exhausting."
