"Start up regional LTL company with focus on people development and growth. Spun off from CF parent comopany in 1985 with dfocus on service in next day and 2nd day lanes. Developed the internal audit process for every part of the operation and initiated start up teams to ensure immediate compliance and udnerstanding of all processes/procedures within local managing group"
