What do you like about working at Con-way?

"I loved being around people everyday and getting paid for it. I had more then 200 accounts so my day was never the same as the one before. My region was wonderful and I loved my manager."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Strong personality, and must understand that the job is not 8am-5pm more like 5am-10pm"

What don't you like about working at Con-way?

"The hours were crazy leaving little personal time. The requirements were hard to reach. Ten meetings a day can sometimes be defficult with the amount of drive time and if you did not reach this daily you would be in trouble"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better training and to leave room for when mistakes happen. For example if a customer forgets a meeting or for some reason has to cancel the AE should not be in trouble for being short leading indicators especially if their sales numbers are good"

"Don't. they don't value their employees or the personal relationships that took years to develop"

"new management"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"they have forced out the people that made this company grow and their reputation as one of the premier carriers has been severely damaged in the marketplace"
