"I've work ed with Conversant for 8 years. I consider it a great company to work with good benefits for employees. The company has many changes recently. In the 2 years we've had our CEO retire and new CEO took over his place from Chicago. Consider it a fast growing company."

Conversant Employee

"I have been here around a year and a half. Great company but heavily skewed toward developers. No real input when it comes to design or even business logic overall. Great potential for the company to grow but they tend to hire by purchasing other companies and giving the aqui-hires the best positions."

Software Engineer in Test

"After not being appropriately trained for the position I was hired for, I accepted a position to automate the GUI client side applications. When that project stalled I was slammed into a manual testing position in which the first action of the team lead was to terminate my employment."

Conversant Employee

"A company driven on old school politics and leadership favorites. The amount of daily conflict, meetings and lack of general collaboration is counter productive and leads to long development times and inability to build highly competitive solutions in the market. They ensure employees only have a very small purview into any portion of the business (same for clients) so the black box remains sellable but if you know anything about how the actual components of advertising works begins to come apart at the seams. They could use a change in leadership as it pertains to product, diversity, collaboration, and agile methodologies."
