"Hours are long - they expect you to come in by 8:00 and you never get off before 6:30 or 7:00. They don't care if you have a family, only worried about the money they are bringing in. You won't get raises even if you work really hard and make all of the requirements for bonus. It's impossible to move up within the business. Workplace of only 5 employees."
