"Diversity in tasks, from quoting proposals to supervising shop personel to project management, installation at the customer, after care. Great teamwork, we get it done mentatlity. Freedom of decision making, grab a project and run with it."

"No lead, management changed frequently, bad communication between departments, great refiew structure but no raises, no matter how good an employee performs his job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Bleichert would be a great company if management would stay more than a few month and implement a structure so everybody knows his task, people need to be held accountable, schedules and budgets need to be kept."
