Submit a Review"I worked at this place for over 7 years, don't ask me why I stayed for so long considering I'd go for 6 weeks without a cashable paycheck sometimes. The president is a buffoon, as is most of the upper management, and the quality director is about the most annoying OCD person I have ever worked with. it is either feast or famine with this company, but mostly famine the last year I was there."

What do you like about working at Future plc?
"Freedom to make hours/assignments as my schedule saw fit. A faster working environment than what I was used to. More respectable publisher."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is a very good place to work for, and they know it. Do your research, know your industry, and maybe they'll give you a shot."
What don't you like about working at Future plc?
"Often inactivity and drought periods of work. A lot of what I pitched/did was later handed off to the full time staff with minimal input from myself."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better communication. Freelance writers often have to pitch their stories, but it was very difficult to get anything going since it resulted in long email times between pitches."

What do you like about working at AT&T?
"Commission was not capped when I was hired. I was free to make as much money as I wanted."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest focusing on their sales support and making them accountable for their errors. Currently, they're not accountable for their errors - their mistakes fall back to the sales people. This takes valuable time away from their sales force and, in turn, less profit is made for the company."
