What do you like about working at AIG?
"Huge amount of inventing and discovery and tailoring software. It was like going back to school at light speed, very fun and very frustrating."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't fall in love with any software, it isn't going to be around long enough to even implement it right before they buy something else."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Find a manager you like who has experience in software distribution, pay him/her well and keep them. No strategy is wrong for distributing software, but never actually making up you mind, and 8 managers over a year and a half, that's what killed it."
