"Because most of the supervisors have been promoted from within they are not very qualified technically althought they are hardworking so there really isn't a lot of growth or learning.Also there's a quite a bit of favoritism."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take the time to technically train the staff and provide more precise career goals."
