"Nothing specific to the company, but last supervisor had unresolved personal issues affecting his professional judgment. He would show aggressive and offensive language ,behavior in spite of company policy(my impression of one-on-one meetings/association)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not look at ideas from the bottom as threats but just well intentioned suggestions."
