"It can be fulfilling. I love the ability to work with clients to develop a satisfying product, especially if I get to write the content myself. However, in a vacuum when you're expected to simply constantly tweak and publish content with little interaction, it gets old fast."
"The pay was good, but it was a temp job - I am a software developer, not an HTML jockey. The technology used was developed while I was in High School, so a huge blast from the past - but really didn't learn anything."

"To be honest with what you are looking for in this position."
What don't you like about working at WAVE 3?
"The lack of growth possibilities, there seem to be fewer and fewer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To respect others, and not hold their title over others as if it gives them the right to treat others harshly."
What do you like about working at Market America?
"Certain managers are great to work with and very understanding and cooperative. My coworkers save me from the everyday stresses of dealing with the higher-ups."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be aware that working with the executives is complete hell, but your group of coworkers will be instrumental in helping you deal with it. Also be aware that people are fired for the stupidest reasons imaginable (such as making popcorn in the office. I kid you not.)"
What don't you like about working at Market America?
"The executives are not people that I care about making money for, and most of the products the company sells are total scams. This company does nothing good for the world at large."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop all of the nepotism and actually hire and promote people based on their skills. Give credit where credit is due instead of stealing it from people."

"I was able to learn quite a bit in the year I've been here."
What do you like about working at Deluxe Corporation?
"I have the freedom to accomplish my taks in a maner that works for me. I also get to use a MacBook Pro as my workstation computer. Environment is very relaxed so long as you get your work done."

"Be yourself. Be prepared to have high expectations through upon you and be prepared for the internet."
What don't you like about working at Deluxe Corporation?
"Two things I dislike about working here. The internet/intranet here is the slowest I've ever had to wrk with. This has caused severe quality issues in testing a website creation tasks. The only other thing is the commute."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fix the network, or allow us to utilize the companies VPN tools to use a local internet provider and access the exchange server via VPN."

"The company provides a great service to the elderly population through Managed Care Organizations."

"Be flexible, honest, be clear and concise about your goals and desired future with the company."

"Lacks room for advancement. Does not offer competitive salaries. Does not recognize employees with great work ethic."

"Offer better salaries. Promote from within. Build employee moral. Provide better incentives to all employees"
