"I started working for DigitalSherpa on March 28th, 2011 as a temp, as was hired as a full-time salaried employee a little less than 9 months later. In this almost 4 year time frame, I've watched the company dynamic change a great deal, not all of it for the better. Notably, the workplace paradigm constantly flip-flops between "cool place to work, just hit your numbers", to "controlling to a fault". Concisely, the work-from-home days are nice, the daily grind can be numbingly monotonous, and the pay is a decent salary."
