What do you like about working at Verso Paper?

"They had flexible hours and it was a higher pay for the regional area. Easy going most of the time between coworkers and boss."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Should be willing to express an ability to work independent or in a team setting."

What don't you like about working at Verso Paper?

"Do not feel accomplished and it is very hard to get results. They are always asking for unreasonable deadlines and not happy when you tell them the timeframe is too short. Too many responsibilities, not enough workers. Not willing to spend money to get the job done properly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give more time for people to get their job done properly and add people to the headcount. Don't be afraid to accept that something wasn't the best decision. Be willing to admit to your own mistakes."

What do you like about working at Utah Valley University?

"I enjoy that I am able to use my degree as far as writing and editing, and how comfortable I feel in working with my supervisors and other employees."

"Be prepared for only receiving a certain number of hours on a weekly basis."

What don't you like about working at Utah Valley University?

"I would like to be able to make more money to live comfortably, and to be able to be more creative and become more involved in publishing and editing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Perhaps having more work available after a project is completed."
