"Being fully qualified to do everything to get the job done, they allowed me the opportunity to do just that."
What don't you like about working at Container Graphics?
"We were working excessive overtime at the beginning of my employment at CGC. When the workload decreased, some employees refused to give up the extra hours and abused overtime which directly effected CGC's bottom line. Management, being aware of the problem, was unable to provide a solution and the Production Manager bailed along with many other key employees about the same time I did."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better communication of expectations from the start and abuses need to be documented."
