"It is difficult to put in works, my boss the best, he and the company allowed me to do my job the way it should be done. I managed 7 sites in 5 States without any recordable and an excellent safety record for two years for Monsanto. It's a wonderful place to work, it's a family."

"Yes, Monsanto are looking for people with BAs in a variety of feilds, so you have an opportunity to interview with this company do your best. This is a great company to work for."

"I love management allowing and others to do our jobs safely the way it should be done."

"The Barona attitude is that the customer experience is paramount. In that approach it is like Disneyland for the gambling community."

"I interviewed directly with the Loss Prevention Manager. There was not a pre-interview with their Human Relations Department."
What don't you like about working at Barona Resort and Casino?
"There were no dislikes. It was a sad day when the contstruction project was completd and my services were no longer required."
