"I worked for Viewpoint for a little over two years and from the first day on the job I was impressed at how well they had implemented SCRUM and the amount of developer input was considered at the project level. As time grew on, however, that honeymoon phase ended and I found the holes in that thinking.Nevertheless, for Portland it is a solid software company that integrates a lot of tech. Compensation is average for Portland which is low compared to the rest of the industry."
