What do you like about working at Constar?

"Company had potential at one time if given the support and money. Good location although nobody was happy about the extra Philadelphia tax (was one mile inside city limits)."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"As with any job, do your Due diligence and ask around. Company has a questionable future, all new management that does not understand business. Company already declared bankruptcy once; second time could very well be the end."

What don't you like about working at Constar?

"Old equipment that made it very hard to compete, and lack of capital to assure a successful and competitive future was not available. Personal opinion, but currently has incompetent middle and executive management that seem to be in it just for the money."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Company had potential at one time if given the support and money. The talent required to be successful in a higher margin tier two and three business model has since departed. To start, current middle management needs to change if there are any plans for a successful future. Good luck!"
