"Keep in mind that the company is greater than the local Midland facility."

"I have had many sales opportunities lost due to high price points. Sales support has been lacking as well as participation from Senior Management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat all sales people equily. Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion. Support and back the sales staff when tough decisions need to be made."

"Run! Unless you are in a total bind go somewhere else as fast as possible,"

"It was not what was discussed and they are in deep financial trouble."

"Be honest and willing to help your workers. Alomst half of the sales force left, it should tell you something about what and how you are doing things."
