"be prepared to hand for ten or more hours completeing the same task week in and wek out. If you become hurt be prepared to be fired or layed off. If someone in your family needs your attention be prepared for it to wait until you have worked your hours for the day. 4:00 in morning til 3:00 in afternoon or 3:00 in afternoon until 2:00 in the morning. The hours are unreal. This includes some holidays and many weekends."
