"Wear a suit and tie. Keep job search active. Save some money."
What don't you like about working at Consert?
"Legacy cruft could not be budged. Refactoring was way overdue and that made many things harder and slower than they should have been."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Refactor the DB2 databases asap. They should be at least 100 times as fast as they are actually performing."
