What don't you like about working at Conseco?

"The constant restructuring of the organization. We went through CEO's with huge payouts continuously. Every new CEO had a vision, which required a complete restructure. I was passed between VP's many times in the 12 years I was there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Bottom line Dollar is not everything, to keep the company in the USA would have been the best thing to do. I saw so many job lossess, that is heartbreaking when we live in the economy we have today. They should have stood behind their employees that would have given anything to the company, and DID JUST that during their duration on he job. I was proud to work there."
