"I like my work schedule. I am on a three week rotation, where I am on the job three weeks and home for the same. I also very much enjoy the people I work with and for."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Have an exit plan. The money will suck you in but the lack of oppourtunity and challenges will eventually destroy you."
What don't you like about working at ConocoPhillips?
"The money is good but it comes at a major sacrafice. I spend over half my life isolated in a working camp. I HATE the conditions I work in. Extreme weather conditions. It was negative 40 last night."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It should be madatory that everyone in a management position take some sort of classes or school on business managment and/or employee development"
