"This site has an HR Director who knowingly breaks employment laws to protect herself. The current IT Staff is inexperienced and deceitful. The best thing was when the VP of Operations was demoted. He was the biggest jerk to all employees, who only showed face to corporate visitors as a facade."

"If you are black or Hispanic...this is your place.. If not, good luck."

What don't you like about working at Connextions?

"the managers are really bad and very racist. They cater to black and Hispanic people and are racist to others. the managers are very rude and condescending to non black people even abusive. I hated working there because of their mean rude attitudes towards me. But they kiss other people's a**. terrible environment full of racism prejudice. managers were also SO arrogant mean and rude only to non-blacks. If you were Hispanic or black you got the royal treatment. I've never met such rude people in my life. I almost quit several times due to their derogatory treatment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"stop being so arrogant and racist and mean to some associates. shame on you stupid people."

What don't you like about working at Connextions?

"No support by previous manager, who new nothing about insurance, but was my manager; go figure. Jonathan Spencer and Carmen Deleon are idiots. They are proud of there job, but have no idea of the real world of insurance, and professionism."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire all of the staff, and replace with seasoned professionals."
