"If you are black or Hispanic...this is your place.. If not, good luck."

What don't you like about working at Connextions?

"the managers are really bad and very racist. They cater to black and Hispanic people and are racist to others. the managers are very rude and condescending to non black people even abusive. I hated working there because of their mean rude attitudes towards me. But they kiss other people's a**. terrible environment full of racism prejudice. managers were also SO arrogant mean and rude only to non-blacks. If you were Hispanic or black you got the royal treatment. I've never met such rude people in my life. I almost quit several times due to their derogatory treatment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"stop being so arrogant and racist and mean to some associates. shame on you stupid people."

"My trainer was inspirational. The rest of the management team, especially upper management, were horrible and very negative in everything they do."

"Beware: Caution with this company Do not apply for this company!"

What don't you like about working at Connextions?

"No support by previous manager, who new nothing about insurance, but was my manager; go figure. Jonathan Spencer and Carmen Deleon are idiots. They are proud of there job, but have no idea of the real world of insurance, and professionism."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire all of the staff, and replace with seasoned professionals."

"Camaraderie among the employees that for me have it has extended to our families."

"If you in for permanent this is not for you because this is seasonal."

"That you do not know where and how you will be placed in the account after the project is complete. No security."

"More training, more security, more communication. No appreciation for the work put in the project assigned."

"You have to be a dedicated working and very good with customer because quality customer service was the ultimate goal."

"Could sometimes take over free time because a quota for hours worked as a total company had to be met so we had to work overtime to make up the hours."

"Hire more people that are less likely to miss work and not try to make up their time so that the rest of the company does not have to suffer."

"Clarify with the recriuters what hours you will be working, and how often your schedule will change."

"The schedule that I had to work was constantly changing from day to day due to the high turnover rate, and they asked me to choose between my degree and my job."

"To clarify with employees that the C in connextions actually does stand for constant change."
