"You truly must be self-motivated. This is a results-based business, and they aren't big enough to have a direct manager coaching you every step of the day."

"Working multiple positions at the same time would often make it difficult to complete a single assigned task, as I am constantly working between distractions. Also, constantly driving for more results with less resources."

"Appoint a director of communications so a dedicated person can be responsible for content creation, allowing your marketing director to determine budgets, and your salespeople to sell."
