"Definitely old girls club, needed cultural sensitivity focus, Management did not embrace individual's differences. ie, culture, religion...etc.However, out of necessity, I acquired skills that are priceless at present. I thought I would move forward in my career with a clinical focus (APRN), and have since changed focus to leadersip, education and quality."
