"Not really. Use big words and lots of jargon, but since most positions start out temp, work your butt off and keep your comments to yourself and you'll get hired."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"The dress code in an environment where we didn't see clients, and the attendance policy was unfair at our site."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Lighten up on the attendance policy and go with the rest or the company's version of the policy."
