"Be aware that they don't support high achievers. Doing the bare minimum is fine as long as you get on board with the ideology."

"I don't have all the resources to do the kind of work I want to do. It is located in a geographic hellhole."

"I would institute more accepting policies toward same sex staff. Fund research better. Improve honors program."
