"I joined the Concierge Key Health team back in 2018. I was brought on to head their Customer Experience team. They are a start-up, they are fast-paced and are building a new way to enjoy healthcare as a hybrid concierge program. I helped train physicians and their teams on the program. Since we were a team of 5-11, we wore all the hats. I facilitated marketing messages, product design, and development, and was the master at customer experience, engagement, and retention. I also took it upon myself to train new hires, and be a point of contact for any human resources needs. I created and developed many SOPs. Concierge Key Health and the Strathspey crown corp are family and would to see them succeed in their journey to a better you."
