"Because of my great experience and exciting technical details about the positon, I was disappointed the company had a major layoff due to the economic impact in the housing market (this is an engineering firm)."

"Management have been excellent and although I have had a great experience, I would suggest their professionalism and dedication to be more inforced among others."

"The wide variety of calls that came in gave me a great deal of experience in all manner of IT and network issues."

"Expect a high work load involving a very wide variety of subjects. Be sure to mention good people skills and the ability to handle irate people correctly and politely."
What don't you like about working at Barnes & Noble?
"There was no room for growth ."

"Start listening more to the lower management and the employees as to how to help the department do more promotions from within the department."
