"Was a semi-professional environment until the construction industry tanked and the owner not willing to deal with people in general results are a very poor communicator. He is just in it to milk as much as he can out of the IBM until he sells it for the customer base. Senior management is non-existent in experience and influence. Resulting in downsizing - without at market solutions clients become at risk! Many are not seeing this, just telling you the honest truth."
