"Initially, the management made new hires feel part of the team. That ended quickly. Pay was below other Help Desk jobs in the Tri-State area."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Go someplace else. Now they are only hiring people to 2 year contracts. Use a person and then let them go. It would be better for one to research a little longer and find some place better."

"Lack of pay increases- last pay increase was less than 1%, and I was in the top 10% of my team for performance.Also, the lack of growth opportunities. Every move was always considered a Lateral move."

"Increase wages, land some of the opportunities that were always in the pipeline but never materialized."
